About Us

Our principal, Katherine Johnson, retained by corporations and law firms as a consulting expert in the area of eDiscovery Data Management with a focus on cost-control has more than 15 years of industry experience developing data preservation, migration, and review protocols for Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in connection with complex litigation projects both domestic and foreign. Katherine based her focus of "cost-control" on a keen understanding of proportionality and the strategic application of current technology to address the growing volumes of digital evidence. For six years, Katherine served as the Litigation Manager neutral party Document Custodian and Database Administrator in connection with one of the nation's first large scale Securities Litigation, which involved more than thirty-five lawsuits arising out of a billion dollar fraud and embezzlement perpetrated at Phar-Mor, Inc.

"I spent five years of my eDiscovery career as a Digital Sales Analyst and eDiscovery Director writing contracts between vendors that were marked up anywhere between 100 to 300% before the corporate end client signs off on an agreement. I watched the dynamics of vendors who market collect services with a hidden strategy to collect the maximum amount of data with unit based contracts that exploit the cost of the digital bloat and waste of over-collecting. As a result, the corporation pays inflated processing fees and unnecessary review fees to exclude non-responsive data.

The feeding frenzy of eDiscovery forced me to create a role that I realized is required to protect the interest and data of the corporate client from hidden agendas, dated technology and old pricing models designed to exploit digital ignorance.

I want to provide a service that is uniquely, better."
